Everlab and Kearney partner to redefine workplace wellness
The partnership gives senior staff access to advanced diagnostic health services – from blood biomarker testing to personalised prevention plans – as part of the firm’s broader commitment to long-term wellbeing.
Preventive health platform Everlab has partnered with global management consulting firm Kearney to give its staff access to advanced diagnostic health services, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to long-term employee wellbeing.
Available to all managers and above, the initiative reflects Kearney’s focus on supporting and retaining senior talent while helping its people maintain sustainable performance in a high-demand professional environment. Everlab is offered in addition to comprehensive private health insurance which is available to all staff and their families.
The offering spans blood biomarker testing, DEXA bone density and body composition analysis, VO2 max, mobility and strength assessments, continuous glucose monitoring, and a personalised nutrition program. These services are paired with telehealth doctor consultations to form a personalised prevention plan.
